Return Policy

We appreciate you choosing Team Merch Sportswear for all your apparel and merchandise needs.

TMS has a very strict approval procedures in place to ensure all design, colour choices and logo layout are approved by the client prior to entering production.

Should you identify any errors in the product supplied, artwork, colour, names or numbers that is inconsistent with your approved visual/s and invoice then please contact us within 30 days of receipt of delivery at sales(at)teammerch.com.au so we can discuss resolving the issue.

Please do not return any products until you have made contact with our office and we will advise you how to return your products and the resolution process.

If you change your mind or the sizing is incorrect then TMS will not refund your order.

TMS will not replace or refund your order for items damaged by incorrect use such as wearing them for activities not designed for the garment and not complying with washing instructions.

If the product arrives in a faulty state then please contact us within 14 days and we will advise you how to return them for inspection. Once inspected we will inform you of the outcome and how the matter will be rectified.
