Welcome to all our UK pilots. We’re pleased you’re playing with Avia Fly 2. This community is important to us, which is why we’ve worked hard into our chat moderation. Our goal is to keep the skies positive. Let’s talk about how we all participate in that.
Our Fundamental Belief: Courteous Skies
For us, a top multiplayer game relies on how players interact with each other https://aviafly-2.eu/. The idea is simple: treat other pilots with the same consideration you’d demonstrate at a local airfield. We’re here for the shared love of flying and good sportsmanship. That’s what makes every session fun for everyone in the UK.
Creating a Positive Community
Moderation isn’t just about enforcing rules. We want to create a place where players can work together, share advice, and enjoy their successes. You, the community, are our greatest asset for this. We ask you to be a role model and use the report function when you really need to.
Core Moderation Principles We Follow
These principles transform our philosophy into routine practice. They steer our moderation team’s choices and allow every player know where we stand. We seek to be transparent and steady above all.
- Fairness:
- Clarity:
- Proportionality:
- Privacy:
Outcomes for Breaking Chat Guidelines
When a player breaks our guidelines, we use a structured process. We want to correct behaviour, not merely hand out sanctions. The reaction grows more stringent should the behavior continues.
- Caution & Chat Mute:
- Interim Suspension:
- Permanent Restriction:
What Makes Up Unacceptable Chat Actions?
To keep our community welcoming, we have zero tolerance for specific behaviours. These actions disrupt the experience and can cause other players seem unwelcome. We count on our UK players to know and avoid these categories.
Bullying and Abuse
This encompasses targeted insults, threats, bullying, or any prejudiced language. Hate speech based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other safeguarded characteristics is banned. We also ban repeatedly contacting a player after they’ve told you to stop.
Examples of Specific Violations
To create no room for doubt, here are direct examples: using racial slurs, threatening real-world harm, sexual harassment, or deliberately attacking a player’s skill to humiliate them. This kind of conduct causes immediate and serious action from our team.
Spam and Disturbance
This involves flooding the chat with the same message over and over, using all caps to disrupt, or posting off-topic links (particularly harmful ones). These actions block useful conversation and obstruct organising gameplay.
Our dedicated Moderation Tools and Team
We employ a combination of automated systems and a committed team of people. Filters identify the most clear violations promptly. Our human moderators manage the complex, context-dependent reports. This team is trained to understand the nuances of chat, especially for our UK players.

The Way UK Players Can Flag Concerns
You help us keep the game clean. Reporting is straightforward but crucial. If you notice bad behaviour, please use the in-game report tool. Just tap the player’s name in the chat list or scoreboard and choose “Report”. Give a short, factual description to assist our moderators.
Don’t fight back in the chat. That usually makes things worse. Report the player, mute them if you want, and let us take care of it. Then you can get back to your flight without the hassle.
Our Pledge to Constant Betterment
We stay attentive and refining. Our standards today could use refinements tomorrow. We frequently assess our blocked word lists, moderation guides, and punishment system based on what players tell us and how online spaces change.
We appreciate feedback from UK pilots on community safety through our formal channels. By collaborating, we can preserve Avia Fly 2 a great and hospitable hub for aviation fans around the world. Now, let’s resume flying.
